David Adler: Picture Perfect

The David Adler Cultural Center chose us to cater their fund-raising exhibit that showcased the renowned architect's great "country house" and postcard collection. The small venue features the exhibit, a guest speaker and a reception for almost 300 guests within the house and 40 x 100 heated, multi-level tent in the courtyard.

As it turned out to be very cold that day, guests enjoyed the valet service before attending the guest speaker's presentation. Immediately following, our waiters passed wine, champagne and gourmet appetizers. Guests enjoyed the exhibits and our lavish appetizer buffet station with a coffee and scrumptious sweets table. With a bar inside the house, one inside the tent and a number of high bar tables sprinkled around, our guests enjoyed the impeccable food and service.

Despite the cold, wintry afternoon, the Center had an exceptional turnout and a good time was had by all!
