Country Thunder

Shortly before the four day music festival, the original food service provider was unable to perform its duties. The concert promoter called us to step up to the challenge of feeding the musicians and their thousands of fans.

On short notice we were able to order all the food needed to fill the existing menus, coordinated kitchen and equipment set-up, hired appropriate staff and then cooked all of the food on-site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We coordinated the food for two separate dining areas; one for the concert attendees and one for the backstage staff and entertainers.

After all was said and done, during four days over 20,000 people were served outstanding food and on time!
